This house was built in 1900 and is a typical Catalan fisherman's house of the time. The owners renovated it in 2021 and gave it to PREMIUM HABITAT so that our clients can enjoy it as much as they did.
Arenys de Mar is a fishing village founded more than 400 years ago. Originally the buildings were huts on the beach near the sea where the fishermen lived next to the fishing gear.
The house is located in a privileged location, next to the marina and fishing port, close to all services. In the same street we can find one of the 13 fortified towers that were built in La Vila to alert and protect the population from the presence of pirate ships.
The essence of the house has been preserved in the renovation: high ceilings with wooden beams, hydraulic tiled floors, large windows with wooden shutters to filter the light and preserve privacy.
On the ground floor, the interior patio has been maintained, which was originally used by fishermen to mend fishing nets and sails, as well as to store fishing tools. It is currently used as an outdoor dining room next to the kitchen, which also has a dining area in one corner. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with fireplace.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub in the same style as the original cast iron bathtubs. 1 of the bedrooms has access to a terrace which was once used for drying fish and is now used as a laundry room and clothes line.
The first floor was used as an attic and with the renovation it was transformed into a children's playroom and 1 bedroom which is used as an office and library, it also has a double sofa bed. It has access to a solarium with outdoor dining area to enjoy the sea breeze on summer nights.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating on the ground floor and central heating in the rest of the rooms on the first and first floors.
Free WIFI and outdoor parking next to the house both free and paid.

**** Superbe séjour ! Ce n'est pas du tout un défaut, mais il faut juste savoir que la proximité du train s'accompagne de l'ambiance sonore. Il faut juste s'y attendre. La maison est formidable. L'accueil formidable. L'accès aux services, excellent !
