Basically everything corresponds to the description. There is free parking next to the house, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, 5 minutes to drive. There is also free large parking near the sea in this place, a good beach. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the street with restaurants. The air conditioner is in one separate room, I had to use the fans that are in the house to cool the rest. It is not very convenient.

Apartment in Pineda de Mar with 3 bedrooms, a reasonable kitchen, a balcony, and a small living room, but in the middle of summer in Spain, of course, you’re not indoors that often. Just before we arrived, an air conditioner was installed, which was not an unnecessary luxury. The price/quality ratio is good. There is contact with the landlord via WhatsApp, both during the stay and before booking.

Very good communication. Exact description of the property and document management when meeting the owner in person. The apartment is spacious and clean, with everything necessary for a family to stay for a longer period of time. It is possible to do laundry, cook. Extensive kitchen equipment. The balcony is a nice advantage. There is air conditioning and a fan in every room.

Très bel appartement bien situé pour des vacances agréables.
Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, proche de la plage et des commerces. Accès facile, très grande disponibilité et réactivité de l'agence pour traiter un petit souci à l'arrivée. L'appartement est extrêmement bien équipé, en particulier la cuisine et la salle de bains. Pièce à vivre climatisée et volets électriques dans la pièce à vivre et la chambre principale.
L'environnement est un peu bruyant, que ce soit dans l'immeuble aussi bien que dehors. Absence de parking à proximité immédiate, ce qui impose de se garer un peu à l'écart, sur un terrain vague pas très rassurant. Un seul split de climatisation pour tout l'appartement, c'est un peu juste, heureusement qu'il y a des ventilateurs à disposition dans toutes les chambres. 4ᵉ étage sans ascenseur...
