On the ground floor, and at the entrance, we find a large living room of two heights, very bright, overlooking the garden and pool. And also the kitchen, a spacious suite with shower and access to the garden and a utility room with bathroom.

Through an elegant wooden staircase we access the upper floor where we find a living room with access to the sun terrace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.

From the dining room we access the pool area, where there is a large porch where you can spend your most special meetings.

The house is located in a beautiful urbanization very close to the center of Arenys de Mar, which has sea and mountain views. Just 5 min. from the beach and 30 min. from Barcelona.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

  • NO parties or any other type of celebration are allowed in the lodging.
  • No smoking in the accommodation
  • Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.

PAYMENT METHODS

PREMIUM HABITAT SL requests the credit card data during the reservation process in the website in order to guarantee the effectiveness of it. We remind you that PREMIUM HABITAT SL will charge 25% of the total amount corresponding to the reservation on the credit card. The rest of the rental amount (75%) will be paid directly upon check-in, either in cash, or with a credit card. 

The company reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the client´s arrival. The invoice corresponding to the rent will be delivered directly upon check-in.


CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

PREMIUM HABITAT SL has the following option to cancel the reservation:

STRICT MODALITY

If the cancellation is made before 30 days from the date of entry, 100% of the reservation will be reimbursed.

If the cancellation of the reservation is made with LESS than 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, THE RESERVATION AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations must be made before 12:00 PM on the corresponding day.

OTHER CONDITIONS

All the accommodations on the website are designed to be enjoyed with the family, we do not accept groups of young people.

PRICING CONDITIONS

Below you will find the weekly rental rates for availability of seasons:

  • MIDDLE SEASON: 2.212,00€
  • LOW SEASON: 1.981,00€
  • HIGH SEASON: 2.765,00€

Additional charges that apply to the final reservation price:

→ Cleaning and laundry: 185,00€ includes the final cleaning of the property and the provision of one set of sheets and bath towels per person. (price includes 21% VAT)

→ Tourist tax: 0,99€ per person (over 16 years old) and night for a maximum of 7 nights, (the price includes 10 % VAT)

→ CONSUMPTION IN EXCESS of air conditioning and heating will be deducted from the deposit, we are respectful of the environment and promote responsible consumption (provided that the accommodation has this equipment).
